We anticipate a smooth transition that will provide very little disruption to you. Please be sure to review each of the following sections for an in-depth description of how these services will be changing and what you need to do to prepare for the software enhancement.

Online Banking

Online banking will be inquiry-view only beginning at 4:00 PM ET on Thursday, July 9th through Monday, July 13th at 9:00 AM ET.

New login requirements will be effective Monday, July 13th. Use your existing username. Your temporary password will be your existing username and the last four digits of your social security number. For example, if your username is JDOE and the last four of your SSN are 1234, your temporary password will be JDOE1234.

Business Online Banking Users: your temporary password will be your existing username and the last four digits of the business TIN.

The system will prompt you to create a new password, establish security questions, agree to our updated Terms and Conditions, and verify your email address.

ATM / Debit Cards

New Axiom Bank Visa Debit Cards will be issued on June 22nd. For security, PIN mailers will be sent separately. Please activate your card on July 9th. Your current Axiom Bank Debit Card will no longer work on July 9th

ATM balance inquiries and deposit ability will be unavailable Thursday, July 9th through Sunday, July 12th, however, purchases and withdrawals will not be impacted. During this time, please visit your nearest branch to make deposits.

Our Customer Care Call Center will have extended hours and be available to take your calls at 1-800-584-0015. The hours are as follows:

Bill Pay

From Thursday, July 9th through July 12th, no payments will be remitted during this time. All future payments will need to be rescheduled when Bill Pay is back online.

Statements

All checking and savings account statements will receive a paper statement as of July 9th (including e-Statement recipients). There will be no service charge for these statements. Statement cycle dates will continue as normal in August.

 

Mobile Banking

Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable effective Thursday, July 9th at 4:00 PM ET through July 13th at 9:00 AM ET. Our new enhancements will include:
