a message to our customers about coronavirus (COVID-19)

 

Axiom’s highest priorities are the health and safety of our staff, our customers, and the well-being of the communities we serve. We have taken many precautionary steps in response to COVID-19. Our Plan follows guidance from our Pandemic Plan, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local public health authorities in our market areas. The goal of our effort is to make sure we have a dynamic and appropriate response to the risk caused from this virus. While not a comprehensive list, here is what we are doing:

  1. We’ve temporarily adjusted phone and branch service hours.  Please visit our website for more information.
  2. We continue to clean our branches and ATM screens based on CDC guidelines.
  3. Helping customers experiencing hardships related to Covid-19.  See our press release here.
  4. Supporting our customers and employees that are at-risk or have special needs
  5. Monitoring the financial markets and maintaining lines of communication with our customers.
  6. Limiting business-related travel and maximizing the use of teleconference technology.
  7. Modifying, postponing or canceling large meetings and
  8. Enhanced risk monitoring and management.

In addition to maintaining the safety of our customers and staff, our goal is to keep our products and services fully available to you regardless of how the situation progresses.  While we do not anticipate any branch closures at this time, you can access your accounts and services without needing to visit a branch by using our online banking or mobile app, or by calling our Customer Care staff at 1-800-584-0015.  We are in this together, and if there is anything that we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out to your local bankers.

Payment deferral program to provide loan assistance for business owners and consumers

Axiom has reiterated its commitment to work with commercial customers and provide practical solutions to get them through this difficult period. Current borrowers are encouraged to contact their relationship manager to determine what options are available.

Axiom is also suspending the initiation of any new foreclosure actions specific to residential properties, unless required by federal or government agencies. These suspensions are effective immediately through the end of March 2020. They will be continuously re-evaluated for extensions, as needed.

Residential mortgage and consumer loan customers may inquire about their options for relief by calling 1-800-584-0015 to speak with a bank representative.
