Allied Affiliated Funding Provides $1,000,000 in Invoice Factoring to Texas Government Distribution Company – November 1, 2017

Date Funded: 11/1/17

Facility Amount: $1,000,000

The Company: This economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB) is a non-manufacturing contractor with a diverse portfolio of offerings and specialization as a wholesaler distributor. Historically, the company is an industry leader within the locksmith profession.

The Issue: The company has previously done small projects for both businesses and individuals, but they were recently approved to enter the government bid space and are now venturing into larger projects. They needed growth capital to accommodate their expansion.

The Solution: By funding their first new government job, Allied was able to work with the company to finalize the Assignment of Claims (AOC) process so that future jobs can be handled quickly when the company needs funds for other operating expenses and payroll.

The Win: This Funding By Allied helped this client facilitate new government work and will allow the company to diversify and further expand their business, specifically into the government sector.
